We were approached by a top UK retailer to help improve the installation of their bathroom and kitchen display units. Our client wanted this process to be quicker, leaner and more cost effective.
We quickly identified the current issues on site including install timings, the number of multi trades required and the lengthy planning times.
We then developed a unique of off-site modular approach, using a steel frame structure which could then be overlaid with our bespoke wall system to suit individual pod needs.
We designed, manufactured and installed a new off-site modular solution reducing site time by 3 weeks (10 operative days)!
